The property is fabulous! Clean, cozy, lots of natural light, amazing view! Will definitely stay there again when coming to Madeira!

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It felt very comfortable and homely. The views were magnificent. The area had lots of nice restaurants and some small convenience stores. The pool area was clean. You can easily walk into town from the apartment, or take a bus or bolt for cheap.

The check-in process was frustrating, the very steep extra charges for checking in after 6pm are not fully disclosed at booking, so I challenged this. Despite messaging them when we arrived at the airport, we did have to wait on the street for half an hour and make calls to get them to meet us with the keys to let us in. It was also difficult to find as there was no instructions about where the door was and there are no signs. Be aware that the wine and food in the fridge, table, and around the apartment, which look like they may be complementary, all come at a cost. I found it a bit annoying as we had to ensure we didn't mix up our own stuff in the fridge with what was provided at cost. I found this unnecessary and would have preferred it not to be provided.

Nothing to complain about

The location is in a tourist/ hotel area of the city but it meant also that it was very central and we had many amenities nearby. The view was absolutely stunning from the windows.

There was an odd problem where new ants and mosquitoes kept reappearing every day. We would kill these but the next day there were more. We kept the doors and windows closed so I think they came through the fans and drains.

Personal, läge och fantastisk utsikt. Mycket bra kommunikation och snabb respons, privat parkering i garaget..

Saknade krokar i hallen..att hänga jackor på. Kranen i badkaret/ dush bör bytas ut..innan man har ställt in lagom temperatur har man slösat massor med vatten.

Lokalita perfektní, všechno jsme měli opravdu kousek, za co jsem velmi rád. Nemůžu uvěřit tomu, že to bylo tak super.

Je to taková maličkost, ale podlaha byla až moc navoskovaná či naleštěná, nebo to byl takový dřevěný materiál? Nevím, každopádně se po ní v ponožkách hůře chodilo.

A great location - about a 15 minute walk into the center of Funchal and great views from the apartment. Watching the NYE cruise ships coming in and the great firework display was an added bonus.
