Atlantic View Penthouse

Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage mitten in der Stadt und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Blick von der sehr schönen Dachterrasse ist sehr gut. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts direkt gegenüber eine Baustelle, so dass es tagsüber zu laut war, um die Terrasse zu nutzen. Der Gastgeber war nett und die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Sehr gut war, dass wir einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nutzen durften.

Für den Preis hatten wir mehr Komfort erwartet. Es gab keine Spülmaschine, die Handtücher hatten Löcher, alles kein wirkliches Problem, aber für den Service ist der Preis zu hoch.

The apartment was fantastic. Great wiew of the atlantic ocean from the big terrace. A lot of space inside for everything that you need, in rooms, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Location only 5 min walk from restaurants and shopping, and 10 min walk to the atlantic ocean.

Funchal area is a lot of mountains, so if you are old, or have difficulties of walking hills, it can be a challenge. But the apartment area was perfect for us, and its also sheap, and easy to order a bolt taxi.

Afonso was a really nice and kind host. Answered all our questions and took good care of us. There was even an extra parking lot in the basement in addition to our own, for guests to visit us. That was really nice.

Great apartment with nice terrasse, perfectly suited for our family. The free parking spot in the basement is a nice bonus. The terrasse is well orientated with nice view of the ocean. The host was attentive to our needs. Highly recommended if you're planning a trip in Madeira
