前回も泊まり気に入ったので今回もお世話になりました。立地、価格申し分ありません。隣のパーキングが空いてたのでそこに停めたので不自由なく過ごせました。エアコンの他扇風機(大、小)も、ありました。 総合点踏まえればここはいろんな人に紹介したい宿となってます。

螺旋階段なので昇り降りが大変なぐらいだと思います。 また博多駅までは徒歩20分程です。 個人差だと思いますがベットが沈み硬めの自分には少し腰が痛かった。

"低評価の口コミを読み心配だったが、過ごしやすく良い施設だった。"

シングルベッドが5つあること。トイレとお風呂が別々にあること。脱衣室が広いこと。洗濯機があること。水回り（キッチン、トイレ、洗面台、お風呂）が綺麗に掃除されていたこと。ハンガーラックがエアコン前に備え付けだったこと。

階段の2階踊り場に清掃用具の入ったボックスが置いてあり、狭かったこと。玄関扉の安全ロックが固すぎて動かせずに使えなかったこと。部屋の奥のスペースに使用前か使用後か分からないリネン類がたくさん置かれていたこと。
