Good location

Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation was disappointing. From the first night until the end of our stay there was almost no internet or TV service. We complained several times and were told it was a system/provider error. We later noticed from other reviews that other guests had experienced similar WiFi problems as well. They suggested connecting to the bakery WiFi on the ground floor, however we were staying on the 4th floor and the network was not even recognised there, so this was not a real solution. The lift was also broken twice during our trip, which was very inconvenient on the 4th floor. If these facilities are unreliable, the property should not advertise reliable WiFi and TV services as included amenities. In addition, the curtains were very dirty and the blankets had an unpleasant smell. Overall, we did not feel the property handled the situation professionally or showed much concern for the inconvenience caused.

A localização do alojamento, numa zona muito conveniente no centro histórico. Estacionamento junto do mercado dos lavradores, grátis à noite e ao domingo. Fácil acesso através de código e caixa de chaves. Anfitrião prontamente responsivo.

A cama é pouco confortável e extremamente barulhenta ao mínimo movimento. A sanita está instalada demasiado alta e apresenta a estrutura da tampa completamente solta da sanita. A mangueira do chuveiro encontra-se estragada largando parte da água, dificultando a utilização do chuveiro.

La literie manque de propreté dans la salle de bain ( cuvette de WC) mites dans l ascenseur qui inévitablement rentre dans l appartement) et le plus gros problème est l odeur d égout tous les matins surtout après la pluie
