Stadtvilla Falkenstein

I need a review of a recent day we had in fussen for the apartment. It was OK. I didn’t care for her the constant smoking from downstairs. Also extremely limited on toilet paper ran out really quick especially for five people seeing an apartment. Just be aware you have to head to the grocery store immediately and the grocery store is closed early. It was fine.

Location

Broken bed or mattresses. 1 st floor rooms smell of fungi. No curtains in 3 floor room. Washing machine non in room on 3 floor, only old unit in basement.

Excellent location. Very cozy, clean.

Spacieux, calme et bien équipé. Magnifique vue sur les alpes. Terrasse sympa. Bons conseils. Parking pratique. Tout près de la vieille ville.

Il manque juste des bols et un décapsuleur ;-)

Conveniently located house in a quiet neighborhood with parking and amazing facilities for garden parties (outdoor seating area in a nicely kept garden). The apartment was huge and spacious, the layout was nice with plenty of space to store luggage and keep clothes. It's an ideal place for big families. Providing dishwashing tablets was a nice touch.

Since the floorboards creak badly, we could hear the upstairs family running around. Insulation wasn't great either. There was someone's dirty underwear hanging in the bathroom. A few basic things were missing, including a hairdryer, bath gel, and a dustbin from the bathroom. These aren't huge expenses, but would certainly add value.
