Conseil : demandez à l'hôte de vous montrer le fonctionnement des clés (surtout en bas de l'immeuble). Et le fonctionnement de l'eau chaude.

Good location and great view from balcony. Up a slight hill and opposite Federico de Freitas museum. Easy walk to local restaurants (not touristic ones) and cafes. Easy walk to English Church for concerts.

Excellent location for walking into town and catching buses. Lovely well equipped flat.

Part of the building was in renovation, the balcony in the living room was out of the use due to renovation, about renovation we were informed 3 days before arrival.

Great location in the center of Funchal.

We were informed 2 days prior to the arrival about ongoing construction. It turned out the main balcony could not be used and the shutters in the dining and living room could not be opened. Therefore the stay was not as enjoyable as we were expecting when we booked the apartment. AC was not working, and the bathroom has a strong sewage smell. The parking spot at the building is very small and can not be used by bigger cars. We were promised a 20% discount but are yet to receive it.

Location, view and value were great. Easy to access with rental car.

Bathroom! Very old and always a bad smell from the draining pipes. Also the bathtub rather dangerous. The bathroom needs renovation!

It was a comfy stay with a nice ocean view from the balcony. The apartment is located very close to the main old town streets, parks, shopping centers.
