The place was big, multiple rooms made for a comfortable stay. The balcony was really nice and was a nice addition. The ensuites were convenient.

There wasn't consistent hot water, and only one person could shower at a time. And the wifi dropped in the furtherest room which was a bit frustrating. There was no basic kitchen supplies like salt etc.

Very spacious and clean, with a nice terrace too.

Provision of sofa and armchairs could definitely be improved, to be more comfortable, and to accommodate the number of people staying.

Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand, einige Türschaniere waren jedoch schwergängig bzw. nicht in Ordnung. Bis auf die Coach und die Sessel waren die restlichen Möbel bzw. Einrichtungen Top. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ließen den Abend immer gemütlich ausklingen.

We had wonderful time in this beautiful apartman, we had everything what we needed : separeted rooms and bathrooms for everybody, dishwasher machine, washing mashine, backyard with a dryer and with beautiful plans and flowers😊. The owner was very kind and sent every information to us on WhatsApp ( so install whatsapp ;) ).... codes, videos about the apartman, garage....when we had to contact with him,we could reach him immediatelly. Thanks for everyting :) !

It is very specious and well equipped. Nice large terraces. Underground parking.

Could be slightly cleaner.

The apartment itself is stunning! It's located in a nice upscale condo and has a lot of potential to be amazing! The walk down to the center of Funchal takes about 15 minutes downhill (then you catch a cab to get back up!)

The beds are awful. It's incredible how a high-end property would have such low quality mattresses! We were there for 3 nights and the first night I tossed and turned the entire time. It felt like I was sleeping directly on top of a boxspring. You can actually feel the springs digging into your back! The next morning, I contacted the host to ask if they had a pillow top or something and she brought over extra duvets which really helped! (You need to fold them in half to get maximum support so if you're sharing the bed, ask for 2) So if you decide to stay here, ask for the duvets to be delivered before you arrive. If the host ever decide to invest in mattresses that match the level of the other facilities in the apartment, I'll definitely recommend it to others.
