Tolle Einrichtung, Lage für unseren Urlaub (mit Mietwagen unterwegs) perfekt, parken geschützt und problemlos, internetfähiger Fernseher, Waschmaschine, zwei Balkone, super netter und herzlicher Kontakt.

Es könnten ein paar mehr Teller und Gläser vorhanden sein, wir kochen aber auch viel selbst.

Really lovely appartement with everything you need. Iigia welcomes you personally, gives you tips and is easily reachable. Really outstanding!

Air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. Common areas a little run down. Could do with some more towels & kitchen/toilet rolls

Great, quick communication. We even could check in earlier than expected. Great location. Accommodation is close to the highway but in the quiet district at the same time. The district is full of great restaurants you can choose from. Parking lot is spacious and it is really easy to park. Balcony has nice sea view. The flat was clean and cozy.

The only thing I had a problem with was black mold in the shower. This should be cleaned :(.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, with everything you would need. Lígia and Nélia were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

There was some initial confusion about the keys for the different entrances, though this was solved quickly. An instruction book/folder going over all of the common questions (where to throw out trash, how to operate appliances etc) might be helpful to avoid having to text questions individually.

Access to the apartment from the front was via a set of very steep steps. There was a key entry to the gate and the key / lock was difficult to operate especially in the dark. This property is not suitable for anyone with any mobility issues. The apartment is supposed to be sound proof but there was excessive noise from a late night party, evening building work and noisy neighbours in 3 different apartments.

Everything was good overall.

There was a horrible smell coming from the pipes under sink in the kitchen, which was not fixed while we were staying there.
