Great location. Nice apartment with lovely sea and mountain views.

Building and lifts a bit old but still in good condition.

An excellent apartment with all the facilities one would expect in a house. Even laundry detergent pods were provided! Very spacious and with a great view overlooking the coast from the balcony. Very responsive host who is fluent in English. Many kitchen utensils and working kitchen facilities.

The water pressure was extremely low but they sent a plumbing team the first thing the next day and they fixed it. Though this caused the toilet flushes to stop working, but they sent the team the next day again and it was working once again. Just a small thing– the check-in was a bit long because we were told to look for a "safe" but it was just a small key box. Our apartment number was not clear, so we ended up trying many different doors. I hope there can be someone contactable at late hours during check-in (we reached at 12am). But this was not a big issue and did not affect our overall experience.

We really loved it here - amazing location and beautiful apartment. We had a brief moment where the power cut out on the cooker, but the just was super responsive and it gor sorted within 5 minutes. This was our 2nd stay here. Lovely place.

Location was great, large and comfortable

The living room and the balcony are wide enough

-The bedrooms and the bathrooms are small with old furniture and equipments. - For families the master bedroom with the private bathroom that should be used by the parents is the smallest room and it has no air condition and its entrance is through the kitchen not through the living room. - Special request for early check in are rejected. -Special request to store my luggage at the entrance of the apartment before check in time while it being cleaned was rejected. - Special request to notify me as soon as the apartment is cleaned and ready to check in before check in time were ignored with no reply to it. - Ignorance of the staff my important inquires and messages sent through booking messaging system. - The elevator of the building hangs one time in the middle between floors which force me to split my family when riding it each time into two groups to enable getting help in case it hangs next time. - The earliest accepted checking in time is 04:00PM!!! While the latest accepted check out time is 10:00AM!!

The flat is very spacious, comfortable debs. The sun shines on the terrace in the mornings. Easy to walk to the town. Easy if you have a car.

Check in instructions could be updated to make them easier.

Excellent location. Tons of space and very clean. Would stay again if I came back to Madeira
