Die Wohnung liegt im oberen Bereich von Funchal. Große herrliche Terrasse mit gepflegtem Pool. Sehr schöner Blick auf Funchal. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Busanbindung nach Funchal-City. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch der botanische Garten ist fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants in der City von Funchal.

Great pool with clean water, great overall hygiene and very welcoming and warm owner. Place is quite high, so it is easier to get by car. The pool has one of the most amazing views of Funchal and the ocean, as well as some beautiful sunsets.

We had an excellent stay here for 9 days. A perfect base to explore the whole island. Conveniently located close to the airport, a short drive from Funchal and right next to the botanic gardens. The apartments itself was much bigger than the photos make it look. Very comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make some meals. The apartment felt very secure with locking gates to the property. The swimming pool and terrace was the most incredible bonus and a great space to take a rest day after all the hill walking. The host's were so welcoming and offered helpful restaurant and activity suggestions. Parking available right outside. Extra bonus, some very friendly cats. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Madeira and would love to come back again.

Great location for people traveling by rental car - close to major road but not noisy Great view from pool area and pool itself It was clean and we had one major cleaning in the middle of our stay Cleaning lady who also gave us keys and helped with any needs was very friendly, kind and helpful House is at the end of quiet street so no issues with parking spot at all Kitchen have all that you need pots, pans, plates, glass etc. Few steps away from botanical garden and buss stop

Please bare in mind that these are minor things that can be improved not major flaws: Some kind of ventilator in the bathroom window would make a big difference because there is only small window and it is humid all the time unless you open doors to the room and preferably outside. There is trash segregation but only one trashcan is provided and we ended up having 3 more bags laying on the floor to segregate trash Cats - there are 3 indoor - outdoor cats that roam around - for us personally it was not a problem but if someone have severe allergy I would not recommend. If we go out and leave doors and windows closed there is distinct smell of humidity inside the apartment that you can feel when coming back.

It was very clean and great value for the money. Easy bus access. Nice owner with beautiful cats.
