Edificio Charles 101

Location was central and close to everything

No laundry

This is my 2nd stay in Edificio Charles this year (101 and 103). One for carnival and this time for the flower festival. The staff are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are spotlessly clean with comfy beds, great kitchen facilities and a really nice shower. Door code makes it so easy, no lost key worries. Aircon very welcome and works well. Look forward to returning. It's in a fantastic central location. To be walking distance to so many activities without worrying about parking or getting bus etc is a big plus for me.

You do hear street noise but actually slept so soundly. To be expected in a city centre but does not put me off coming back again.

A little noisier than expected due to single glazed balcony windows but made up for with central location. Great spot for eating out but well equipped for eating in. Welcoming entrance and lift to room was perfect.

The host texted the information about the room and the door code. Liked that didn’t have to carry cards or keys. The bottles of water in the room was a great idea.

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like. It was perfect accommodation.

Fantastic stay, staff were so welcoming and helpful. We knew if we needed anything we only had to ask. Location was idea, central to everything.

We were leaving our rental car back at airport and we were allowed to drop our bags off early. It saved us a lot of hassle

Absolutely fabulous location, spotlessly clean and fantastic value. What more can you ask for?
