Grand-Tourist Amber Rose Apartment

Great location, convenient to virtually all the major streets and sights, spacious, large shower, well equipped, only a half flight of stairs to the building entrance, then the unit is on the ground floor. The street was very quiet in the morning and evening.

There was work being done in the unit above mine that involved loud power tools, especially after 9:30 a.m. but it continued until almost 7:00 (19:00) p.m. when I contacted the property via Booking.com they replied that the unit above me was having tile work done and they would try to resolve it, (so the loud noise was probably a tile-cutting saw) but it continued over the 6 days I was there, except on Sunday. Since I didn’t leave for sightseeing until at least 10:30 a.m., and I usually returned (to rest) before they finished for the day, it was awful. I understand people need to work, but I was not warned in advance (or I would definitely have gotten a different place to stay), and despite my contacting the property multiple times to get it resolved, it wasn’t. It’s a shame because it was a very good place in every other way.

The apartment is in a great location on Mariacka St about half a block from the river. Dining, shopping, everything is very close by. The apartment is very nice with a living room, kitchenette, separate washroom with a large shower and separate bedroom with a comfortable bed. The apartment is quiet. The apartment owner was responsive when we contacted him. We'd stay here again.

Nothing we did not like. Everything was great.

Location is simply perfect, super close to the main spots, but in a very quiet alley. The bed is comfortable. The place looks like advertised. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The only thing I would improve are the block out curtains: while the ones in the living room are perfect, the ones in the bedroom are too small and don't fully cover the windows, so there's a lot of light in the morning.

Чудове місцерозташування, зовсім не гучно, що вдень, що вночі. Боялась, що буде складно знайти як туди потрапити, бо я заселялась пізно ввечері, але все було легко. Просторні апартаменти, є все необхідне.

Є питання по чистоті, плями на постілі, забруднений диван, Та трохи було прохолодно
