Absolutely nothing.

Great location in the centre of old town.

It was necessary to collect the key from the office that is located 1 km away from the flat. Also, in the end there is no chance to leave the key in the flat but again you need to deliver it to the office it's tiring when you need to carry all your luggage through the old center.

Great location close to the city centre, beautiful modern design, cosy and great value.

Have to collect and drop off the apartment keys to an office, a bit of an inconvenience. However, it is not too far from the apartment.

Easy keys pick up from a lockbox, even late at night. Very clean apartment with nice facilities like WiFi, TV, hairdryer, etc. Absolutely amazing central location. The apartment was quiet despite the central location. Quite spacious as well. Nice bathroom.

The lockbox is located about 10 mins walk (one way) from the apartment. Could be closer to it, I suppose. Also, there was no shower gel / shampoo provided.

Excellent service at check in. Was given clear directions to property. Struggled a first to use keys as was strange door locks but once mastered was straightforward. Very spacious, clean modern apartment. All facilities excellent standard. Bed and sofa comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Plenty of storage space throughout apartment. Curtains were good at blocking light (a lot of Gdansk apartments have very thin curtains!) Located on beautiful Mariacka Street.

Extractor fans didn't work in bathroom so had to open window. Couple of cracked floor tiles in dining area but not dangerous in any way.

Location was great!

The bed was a little bit hard

On the so called Amber street, rught in the center of the old town. Well equiped kitchen, spacious rooms.

The flat is in a great location, short walking distance from the river, bars, restaurants and main attractions. The flat was well presented and clean located in a quiet apartment block. The flat had lots of storage and everything you need to make it a home from home, and I would stay here again!

The pillows for the bed weren't great - even the extra ones in the cupboard. The shower needs a bit of attention, yes it worked but the shower head looked badly blocked resulting the water not spraying correctly, it was more like a deluge! Also having to walk (10 mins) to an office to collect and return the keys isn't ideal. Why not use a key box at the apartment?
