This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Velvet - Neptun Park by OneApartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of PLN 100 and additional deposit of PLN 500 per pet, per stay applies. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required upon arrival. This will be a cash or card payment. The amount paid should be refunded upon check-out. The entire deposit will be returned to the account after checking the condition of the facility. Arrival with pets is allowed for an additional fee, the fee for an animal is PLN 100 for the entire stay. Guests requiring an invoice are kindly requested to provide the necessary details at the time of booking. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued for your stay. It is forbidden to organize events in the premises, e.g. stag parties, hen parties, etc. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
