Przestronny obiekt, balkon

Duże rozczarowanie w dniu przyjazdu. Poczułam się celowo wprowadzona w błąd. Wybierałam nocleg na podstawie mapy, gdyż zależało mi na bliskości konkretnych obiektów w mieście. Jednak okazało się , że na mapie była zaznaczona lokalizacja firmy, a nie apartamentu który wynajęłam.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko i poduszki

Personel… brak kontaktu z panią recepcjonistką przez ponad pół godziny, (SMS, telefon, booking.com) gdy staliśmy pod drzwiami mieszkania, bo dostaliśmy od niej zły kod… kod był wysłany 15 minut przed naszym przyjazdem. Być może problem leży w komunikacji pracowników. Nie wiedząc co robić zaczęłam szukać pracowników w budynku, znalazłam na zewnątrz budynku Pana w busie z logiem firmy, który podał nam właściwy kod. Gdy udało nam się w końcu wejść do mieszkania, po chwili oddzwoniła recepcjonistka…
