Sleep Well Apartment

Die Unterkunft war groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war gut und der Check-in einfach. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass das zweite Bett bei Ankunft bereits gemacht war. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort und waren dafür mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.

Die Lage war okay. Mit dem Bus ist die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen und wir konnten unser Auto direkt vor der Unterkunft parken, jedoch hat uns das Viertel nicht so gut gefallen. Uns persönlich haben die Duft-Verströmer nicht gefallen, da wir lieber weniger Duft mögen. Wir hatten sie kurz aus, da roch es dann etwas abgestanden.

Apartament bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony, wygodne łóżka, cicha okolica. Do centrum można wygodnie dojechać autobusem w 15 min. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Gorąco polecam ten apartament.

Era espaçoso e cozy

Só passámos uma noite e quando chegámos, cerca de 2h da manhã, não havia luz no apartamento, tivemos que seguir instruções dadas pelo anfitrião que não eram muito óbvias porque se tratava de um aparelho que não conhecíamos. Lá conseguimos resolver depois de algum tempo. A nosso ver era o anfitrião que devia ter resolvido.

additional towels would have been useful as we were 3 girls and had no towels for our hair not much in terms of kitchen ware for cooking - no sieve for washing fruit and veg and only one oven tray

We couldnt open the lock. Tried both numbers provided by the property. One of the number finally responded to the messages and when we explained (via messages) the lock wont open (deliberatly put the wrong key there) and decided to ignore so the apartment doesnt get used and they steal your booking money. We had to arrange the night accomodation somewhere else. I have spoken to booking.com for the full refund. Have requested their local council short let licensed and they ignored. Non licensed operators should be fined and banned from booking. i will report their fraud to the police and the local authorities. Utterly disgusting fraudlent people! Avoid

We checked out one night before Reason yor travel electric cooker out of order No microwave Owen out of order No toilet paper Three bedrooms only one bedroom have heating No curtains not sleep caz of light Very very bad experience. Never again book that property. Like jail every where in the house rules papers.

Spacious, clean & well equipped. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Marta!

Nothing couldn't get into accommodation

Because it was a waste of money couldnt get.into my apartment I paid for and had to spend night out in the cold till trains started
