Nice kitchen, lovely little balcony, very cosy bed, plenty of storage for 2 people, lift, washing machine. The coffee machine requires ground coffee, for anyone who would like to bring items from home. Great WiFi and TV for Netflix and Prime Members. Excellent communication with host. Lovely, inexpensive little cafe right next door and small grocers 3min walk. Great proximity to town.

Bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. Shower head needs bleaching and bath tub showing signs of damage and stains. Not enough toilet paper for a 5 day stay. Kitchen - Some basic condiments, would have been lovely to have.

Need to pay extra 20 EUR for being after 21:00. That was nonsense. Toilets flash are broken and sometimes not doing it job. It is easy to fix by your self but host must take a look on it to make a stay better for the next visitors.

Hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions, loved the WhatsApp group as it made contact super easy. Short walk to central Funchal. Secure parking included. Check out time midday was useful

Fantastic apartment that was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with pans/crockery/utensils, WiFi was great, bed was comfy. A powerful fan was provided which helped to keep us cool through the night - there was also a bug shield on the bedroom window so we could get some cool air in. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and there was a cafe just outside the building which was great for coffee and a quick bite.

Definitely needed more sockets in the living area. Wish the service was a little more personal - we didn't receive recommendations as promised and all messages sent felt very corporate.

The property is as charming as the photos. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The staff at Madeira Sun Travel were all amazing to work with. Great location, 10 minute walk to the city centre. beautiful park right next door. The view from the balcony was incredible at day and night. It was super handy having a washing machine. My packed clothes were all clean when I flew home, which is never the case. Super quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

NoA/C, however they did leave us some very good fans. Because the neighbourhood is so quiet at night, we just opened the windows and enjoyed the night air.
