Nothing it was a big disappointment

Everything, I can not believe that booking.com allows this accommodation to be on their website. It was cold as they had 3 skylights that was open day and night , the rain come into the open skylights and wet the floors and the rain wet my clothes in the bedroom. The ceiling was so low that we hit our heads No windows to the outside. The location was very noisy as they had open clubs until 2 30am , which we were not advised. If we had known we would not booked . The only thing that was good was the wifi. The price that we paid was high for the Casa Maria as it does not have quality standard for holiday accommodation. Booking.com should check properties before they place them on their website. The photos look good on the website but it is far from rental standards. I have lost some confidants with booking.com. It was a costly stay for the horrible accommodation .

Location was good.

The karaoke bar that's open to 0200 most nights is next door. Very loud and no sleep until it's quiet. Rooms have low angled ceilings so not good for tall people ( me 5ft 6inch).still hit head if I didn't pay attention.cant see us going back to this apartment, shame location good.

Fantastic location for restaurants, lights, port area.

The music from the bar underneath the apartment. This should be added to the description. Some of the items in the apartment need updating, this was fed back to the owner. Sloping ceilings are an issue if tall.

Lo pobre que estaba, peor que un piso para estudiantes, el baño con las ranuras de las baldosas que hace que no se limpiaron meses, las toallas oscuras y ásperas como en la vida las vi. Al lado había un karaoke que todos los días habría hasta las 2 de la mañana y era difícil conciliar el sueño

Leider ist eine Karaoke Bar direkt unter dem Appartment = jeden Abend/ Nacht bis 2 Uhr sehr sehr laut. In der Wohnung hätten mehr Haken sein können, keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe, es handelte sich irgendwie nur um ein Metallgestell, das in sich sehr instabil war, dadurch wackelte es bei jedem herumdrehen und dazu noch sehr knarrte/quietschte. Dann wich eine Person auf das Sofa in der Wohnküche aus: dies war fast noch schlimmer: dies wackelte so, dass man Angst haben musste, das es jeden Moment zusammenbricht. Es knarrte und quietschte ebenfalls. Somit waren die Nächte Horror. Wir benutzten die Kaffeemaschine, leider mussten wir feststellen, dass hier noch ein gebrauchter Kaffeefilter vom (Vor)Vormieter drin war, dieser war total verschlimmelt. Der Vermieter sollte doch nach jedem Gast alles checken, was Sauberkeit angeht. Allgemein waren zuviele Reste, wie Cremes, Duschgel, Zahnpasta, Speiseöl, andere offene Lebensmittel in der Wohnung, diese sollten mal ordentlich aufgeräumt und aussortiert werden. Es hat im großen und ganzen einen schmuddeligen Eindruck gemacht. Bei Benutzung des Wasserkochers: dieser hat NICHT selbst abgeschaltet, der Griff des Kochers wurde sehr heiß = Verbrennungsgefahr. Es war also immer eine Herausforderung den Wasserkocher jeden Morgen zu benutzen. Gefrierfach: Griff war abgebrochen, daher nicht schließbar. Kein richtiges Fenster zum öffnen, nur Dachfenster, daher keine Luftzirkulation möglich. Der Toilettenpapierhalter war defekt, es konnte die Rolle nicht eingehängt werden, deshalb musste die Toilettenpapierrolle auf der Waschmaschine plaziert werden.

Het appartement is ruim, schoon en midden in het centrum. Dichtbij een goedkope parkeerplaats en de communicatie met de eigenaar was snel en goed.

Je had alleen kleine ramen in het dak dus echt naar buiten kijken kon niet. Schuin onder ons was een karaoke bar dus mocht je een lichte slaper zijn dan heb je hier een probleem. Gelukkig maakte de ventilator meer geluid en had ik oordoppen bij me ;)

​¡Una estancia fantástica en Casa Maria! La ubicación es inmejorable, justo en la zona de bares y restaurantes. Además, el lugar estaba impecable y tenía todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo. Mención especial para Isabel, súper atenta y agradable. Lo recomiendo totalmente, ¡y si puedo, volveré!

Algún día entre semana abren el karaoke que hay abajo y están abiertos hasta las dos de la madrugada.

Está situado ao lado de bar karaoke, barulho até 3 da madrugada, o bar não tem isolamento de som e como tal um barulho enorme, para quem sai p disco ótimo p quem tem criança fica impossível
