"Two weeks of sleep deprivation. Broken A/C, and unable to sleep with window open due to street noise"

Great location.

DISHONEST MANAGEMENT. On our arrival we informed the management the A/C was not working, they said they would send an engineer, 3 days later we were told a new part was needed from the mainland. It never arrived during our stay, or subsequently according to other reviews. They pretended it was a new issue, but on returning to the UK and reading other reviews this was known about before our visit. We did not get what we paid for - and compensation from the owners was flatly refused. As I write this 6 weeks after our stay I'm still angry and disappointed.

"Beautiful apartment but check aircon is working."

One of the best apartments I've stayed in.(when aircon was working). Everything top quality and very comfortable. Great media system. Each bedroom ensuite. Big balcony overlooking the pool. Located near restaurants, park and shops.

Noisy street where bedrooms were located. Aircon stopped working halfway through stay and very difficult to sleep when leaving windows open due to the noise. Apartment was very hot without aircon on at night. Customer services tried their best to fix it but could not offer a portable air con unit or fans which I was disappointed with.

bedrooms could be noisy as they overlook busy road unable to leave window open but there was air conditioning if needed
