Concordia Apartment

El apartamento es una auténtica pasada!! Amplio, moderno y no le falta detalle. Además, tiene una ubicación excelente para descubrir madeira, en una zona tranquila y cerca a la playa. También turbes muchos restaurantes al rededor y dispones de plaza de garaje y piscina. Destacar la atención de Erick, el propietario del apartamento que está siempre pendiente de todo y que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. Al apartamento no le falta de nada,. Totalmente recomendable

Nada

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, ofrece parking y piscina, está muy limpio y tiene prácticamente todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cocinando y haciendo todo lo que uno necesite. La atención del propietario es muy buena. Hay supermercados cerca y la playa está también muy próxima.

Hay algunos pequeños detalles a mejorar: la TV no funciona, el tendedero de la ropa es funcional pero está roto y echamos de menos electrodomésticos como un secador de pelo o una tostadora. Por desgracia el sistema del aire acondicionado se había estropeado y aunque el propietario se ha tomado la molestia de poner dos aparatos de climatización portátiles de forma temporal, hacen mucho ruido y no son cómodos de usar, pero era algo circunstancial.

Spotlessly clean, spacious apartment in a nice, quiet location within a short stroll of the promenade. Plentiful cafes and bars close by with a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Just what we were looking for.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

Very spacious and clean. We didn't use the pull out couch as a bed, but we could tell it was very large for anyone who would want it. The location just outside the main city for a €6-€11 Bolt taxi into the main area was perfect for us. The parking was ideal for our rental car. The place was clean and safe, and the pool was never too busy. Check-in was made very easy with steps and videos from the host. And for check out we were able to stay a while longer with our later flight, which was great!

Unfortunately whilst we were staying the air-conditioning broke, which wasn't able to be fixed during our stay due to warranty, so for us it was quite warm in the apartment but these things happen and the hosts were very helpful and responsive! There was a lot of construction which was loud early in the morning until 7pm, this new building will block some of the balcony view in the future, which is something to consider.

Lovely spacious apartment in a good location. With a pool, gym and parking.. With a big sea view balcony. Everything you need in a kitchen. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartments! The ocean view stole our hearts. New house, everything is very clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard. The water was cool, but the child swam. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. 10 stars to the owner. There was a bad frying pan, after our message 15 minutes later new frying pans were already standing at the door. Level 80 as they say! Thank you very much for your hospitality! The apartment has 2 parking spaces, which is great! We had a great time, we recommend the apartments! The apartment is large, bright and comfortable. And the location is great, it’s at least 10 minutes to the beach, four minutes to the supermarket. Everything is great, thank you very much again!

Located in Sao Martinho it is really close to Funchal. In 15 mins walk you are in Praia Formosa, a nice promenade with a stunning view. Local amenities are all nearby within 10 mins walk and also have a bus stop just down the street. The area is absolutely quiet, the host provides 2 private indoor parking spaces, free gym and pool. Always happy to help with any questions you have. Definitely book again once again in Madeira.
