The property was nice, clean and comfortable. We found there all equipments we needed.

Everything was fine, just get ready for steep hill to get there. But you can use the local bus or taxi instead.

El piso ha estado muy bien, todo limpio, buena atención durante el check-in, nos estaban esperando con llaves y enseñaron todo en persona. Cocina equipada con todos los utensilios, dos habitaciones y dos baños, una habitación con vistas al mar, y otra con rejilla en la ventana sin vistas. A unos cientos metros hay un supermercado para comprar productos. Hay una playa a unos 20 minutos y de 150 m de desnivel abajo.

Ubicación - zona muy montañosa, con subidas y bajadas constantes. Los sitios que están a 5 minutos en coche resultan en una hora de camino a pie. La playa (y el supermercado) están relativamente cerca, pero con una bajada (y posterior subida) de 150 m de desnivel (20 + 25 min), lo que no es cómodo de hacer a pie. Lo más cómodo sería ir con el coche, o bien cojan Ubers o Bolts, que son muy baratos en Funchal. El centro está a 5 minutos en coche, pero a una hora y pico a pie. Ténganlo en cuenta.

Great place for a stay in Funchal. Big apartment with space for all your stuff, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice parking space plus great neighbours. The living room and balcony are amazing to spend evenings together. There is one beach and a big supermarket in a walking distance. We didn't feel the need to change accomodation during our 10 days stay as we could easily drive to any destination from here. If you look for a place where you can feel like home, that's the one :)

The small bathroom may use some shelves or hangers as there is no space for clothes or cosmetics. Additionally it's not possible to use both bathrooms at the same time as hot water tuns only in one shower at a time. Besides that all was great!

We stayed for 6 days in this beautiful apartment, and it truly felt like home. The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and we didn't miss anything during our stay. The guy from the agency warmly welcomed us and showed us how to use the basic amenities in the apartment. As a lovely surprise, we received a Christmas gift since we stayed during the holiday season. The apartment was clean, fresh, and smelled great throughout our stay. There was plenty of storage space for our belongings, and we had a parking spot in the garage, which was very convenient. The view from the terrace was stunning; we enjoyed having our morning coffee while looking at the sea. The location is perfect, with the property being very close to the city center. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place!

We loved the staff friendliness and the facility itself. Good looking, large, and well furnished apartment at a reasonable price. Garage available and bus stop right outside. Can't beat it.
