Le concept avec réception à distance est parfait, super communication par whatsapp. Super emplacement, près des commerces et des moyens de transport. C'est parfait.

Il manque peut-être la climatisation.

It is in the city centre, walking distance from main attractions. The host was very helpful and attentive Multiple lockers to ensure safety Apartment was very clean Cot provided and extra bin for nappies (upon request) AC provided which improved our experience massively.

Some minor improvements would be lovely, such as a microwave and a washing line, considering there is a washing machine available. The apartment is very hot without A/C - although this was provided upon request. We have to go through an alley to get to the gate, and this did not always feel safe, particularly during the weekend when the coffee shop was closed. Not sure if possible, but perhaps a safety camera near the gate could increase sense of safety.

Very clean, all equipment was new and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need for simple meals.

No air conditioning. Bad water pressure in the shower, made showering challenging. You get no deterrent for the washing machine, but you can buy one in a nearby supermarket. The entering alley smells bad and you can see some cockroaches, but everything is clean and nice smelling when you enter the complex.

The location is perfect, just in a city center, close to historical attractions and ocean coast. The apartment is spacious, it has all necessary facilities (incl kitchen, hair drier, iron etc). The host is very friendly & hospitable, helped me with transfer from/ to airport and gave some hints on the city events.

Center of city location.

No A/C, entrance was sketchy with homeless using the water spigot and bedding down for the night, hallway had a distinctive odor.

Clean apartment. Great location in the heart of old town and easily walkable to all Shopping and eating and waterfront. Carolina the manager was very accommodating and helpful. She communicated by WhatsApp all the instructions to check in clearly and provided last minute requests readily.

Navigating the several door locks and codes to enter and exit the property was a bit challenging initially.

The property is located in the very center of the city, very close to all restaurants and attractions, 5 minutes to a large supermarket. The apartment block is very safe, clean and quiet, which ensures a good night's sleep. On the small balcony you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine in hand or have breakfast prepared with delicious local products from the supermarket. A nice surprise is the cleaning service during your stay, providing fresh towels and giving you the feeling that you are living in a hotel room and not in an apartment block, very good communication with the owner, offering all the help, both in organizing transport to and from the airport and offering help with all the information from the tourist side. And also, if you have to leave your luggage after check-out, there is no problem at all. Very highly recommended, we will definitely come back soon.
