Stadtvilla Füssen

Beautiful house, but the neighbour live downstairs asked us to keep quiet at 9pm which we were not noisy just moving our luggage to upstairs.

It's a big apartment, plenty of space, clean and nicely designed. Parking next to the door, walking distance to city center and the restaurants.

We came on a cold day but the heating was off. took many hours for the space to heat. Not a great experience in winter, at the end of the day, with kids. Would be nice if someone would leave the heating for the guests , even partially. And some coffee capsules. There is a coffee machine but no coffee whatsoever in the kitchen.

The beds were very comfortable.

The property is in a residential apartment. The neighbors appeared to not be overly happy there is a short-term rental in their building. One fan for the entire apartment. The 3rd bed is in an odd location - perfect for kids, but would be odd if a 3rd couple was staying. Communication with host was not the greatest. Received 2 different messages just a day before arrival giving me two different addresses. Toiletries were very sparsely supplied. Not a 4 star.

Property is large and can sleep 6 people very comfortably. The location is perfect for seeing Fussen old town on foot and riding bikes to the Neushwanstein castle shuttle area. Located on the 3rd floor with only stairs access so can be a little difficult lugging heavy bags up if you have them. Parking is onsite which is a plus. Inside it is very clean and spacious with all modern kitchen with Smeg appliances and a combo laundry machine as well. Large bathroom with bath tub and shower and a separate WC. The views from the windows are of the neighborhood and we felt very safe and secure here. I wish it had black out shades on the bedroom windows because the light from out on the street was quite bright throughout the night and the thin curtains did not block it out enough.

I wish coffee had been provided for us to make in the pot.

Spacious, well appointed, stylish

Third bedroom is tiny and only accessible through the second bedroom. Only one toilet, and the flush is overly powerful and gets water on the floor

There was a lot of space, it was clean, location was good, nicely decorated and quite original. We also barely needed to use the car as everything was so well located.

The property is on a rather busy main road so it was quite noisy if you had the windows open (which we did as it was very hot).
