Schöne und sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, gute Ausstattung! Viele facilities im Haus.

Esstisch war etwas klein.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig

Der Duschkopf war etwas stark

Die Küche war besonders gut ausgestattet.

Das Bad ist nicht Seniorengerecht.In der Beschreibung war von einer Dusche und Badewanne die Rede. Leider war es nur eine Badewanne in der man duschen kann. Für Senioren etwas schwierig Wir hätten die Aufteilung der Betten gern anders gehabt. Da aber die Betten so bezogen waren, das man im Doppelbett zusammen schlafen mußte, war es nicht so wie geplant.

Wunderbare Wohnung für DDR-Nostalgiker in Plattenbau-ähnlicher Siedlung, gleichfalls die Flure und Wohnung. Ebbenso wunderbar für Migräne-Patienten, da alles sehr schön dunkel ist, für Leute, die alte IKEA-Sachen vom unteren Level mögen und die mit einem robusten Ton des Vermieters am Telefon gut klarkommen. Ebenso wunderbar für Leute, die sich gerne durch Fotos täuschen lassen und denken, sie kommen in eine Gegend mit viel Wiese, See und Berge (die man allenfalls zwischen den 70er-Jahre Bauten sieht). Ebenso wunderbar für Leute, die auf dem Balkon gerne links und rechts sehen wollen, was der Nachbar in kürzester Entfernung von ca. 2m so frühstückt und absolut genau verstehen möchte, was er so am Balkon redet - entsprechendes Klientel mit interessanter Mischung verschiedenster Tabakerzeugnisse inklusive. Für alle anderen gilt: Finger weg.

Great holiday apartment, very comfortable and clean. Lovely location very near the Weissensee, beautiful surrounding countryside. Self-check-in with the apartment key kept in a key safe and all the relevant information sent to us a few days before our stay. There is a small village shop nearby, which is very handy, especially if you don't have a car.

The accommodation was advertised with a washing machine inside the apartment but when we arrived the washing machine wasn't working. We had not been informed of this prior to our stay. There is a washroom with communal washing machines in the house but it needs extra coins, which we had to organise first. Only one house key was provided for the apartment which is unhelpful if you want to do separate things.

Easy access to property. Good location for travelling in the area. We usually just had breakfast in the place as we had a car and wanted to travel around the area. Lots of cutlery, pots and pans etc if needed. Prof Seefelder was quick to respond to any concerns.

The pillows on the beds were small and uncomfortable more like cushions than pillows. The shower space was a bit tight.

Beautiful and spacious apartment near Lake Weißensee and downtown Fünssen. Facility with indoor pool, perfect for kids and the beautiful view.

There are some spots in the room that needs cleaning.
