Vieta

Negavau to kas turėjo būti, pasikeitė apartamentų adresas. Savininko paaiškinimas, kodėl taip įvyko buvo pavėluotas ir tikėtina melagingas(remiantis kitų nuomotojų komentarais) Pasiūlyto būsto įvertinimas 2014 booking 9.3, mano įvertinimas 7.3 ir tai tik dėl vietos. Wifi reikia pačiam suprasti kaip prisijungti vartant routerį ir jieškant prisijungimo duomenų, kai kituose būstuose jau seniai galima su quarkod. Patalynė sena, čiužinys purvinas.

Lokalizacja świetna. Wszędzie blisko. Z okna widok na Motławe, diabelski młyn i napis Gdańsk. Wyposażenie apartamentu w porządku. Duży plus za wcześniejsze wysłanie fajnie rozpisanej instrukcji zameldowania i dotarcia do mieszkania. Jeśli ktoś lubi cisze to słychac odgłosy z ulicy i co pół godzinny alarm wznoszenia się mostu (w nocy jest przerwa). Nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo nie było aż tak głośno, ale jeśli ktoś woli totalny brak hałasu z zewnątrz to może mu to trochę przeszkadzać.

Sieht auf den ersten Blick hell und modern aus. Sehr zentral. Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Besonders am 1. Tag penetranter Geruch vermutlich aus trockenen Syphons. Bett ca. 30 cm hoch, 140 breit 10 cm Matratze, statt Lattenrost angeschraubte einzelne Latten, be I jeder Drehung laut knarrend. Weiße Rollos, teils kaputt und dreckig; Verdunkelung unmöglich.dreckige Fensterrahmen, ekelig fleckige Couch; es gibt ansonsten noch 2 Stühle und einen Tisch im Wohnzimmer. Wlan vorhanden; Fernseher funktioniert zwar, aber alles polnisch. Fast alle Tassen appetitlich braun von Tee (das würde abgehen); Bettmatratze fleckig! Waschbecken schwarz und nach Benutzung von Seife vollflächig weißfleckig. Flur sieht aus wie in einer Mietskaserne. Fazit: Sah alles gut aus, aber nie wieder
