The location is perfect for those exploring Gdansk center/old town. You get out of the apartment, and are two minutes away from the main touristic attractions of the old Gdansk. The host is super kind to provide permits to enter the old city (you can drive straight to the apartment building to load/unload your car if you come for a longer stay)

The main and probably the only drawback is the challenge to find a parking place for your car. We would have appreciated suggestion to take care of making parking reservation in a nearby parking garage in advance (we found out that this was possible, but we found this out too late:-)) However, this parking issue was solvable and did not diminish the convenience of the stay. Also - being in the central part of Gdansk means that you are in the area of bars, restaurants, cafes and, naturally - of late night noise. However, with the closed windows the noise is not too bad:-)
