GBProperty was dirty and smell on the living room was disgusting, lack of communication as I was only told 15 mins before check in I had to go to a hotel 15 mins away from the apartment to collect keys and give copies of ID and deposit that had never been mentioned in the booking made it really annoying for a simple task
Dirty , gloomy and generally a horrible place to be , couldn’t wait to leave and location is rubbish for Glasgow

NLThis is a difficult review. We had two apartments cancelled for structural problems and we were offered this apartment because it was near where we wanted to be. The apartment is large with two bedrooms and three double beds, the beds were good although not wide. The internet was good. Large kitchen and living area. The neighbourhood is Woodland, a nice residential area of Glasgow near the subway and only a half hour's walk to the center or through the park to the university.
Everything. Soulless. The apartment is managed by a hotel on the other side of the park, and key pickup is there. If you were walking it would be very long. Driving, the streets between the hotel and apartment are confusing one way restricted. Subway useless between the two points. Keys were difficult to use, both at front door and apartment door. Everything in the apartment feels like it was left over when someone moved out. Creaky chairs, doors blocked by beds, kitchen unevenly stocked. Knifes but no forks?? Brillo pads for washing pots but no sponge/brush to clean glasses. Washing machine and dryer but no soap or instructions. No coffee or tea (half bottle malt vinegar was the extant of food). Toilet seat was barely attached. Balconies are French balconies, meaning you can open the door, but not step out. Large television but no extra streaming. Back door on ground floor found open several times. Rating on site is suspect, 10 rating has name of person on the front door! Hotel insisted on 100 pound breakage deposit and then took more than a week to refund. We were visiting family nearby otherwise this would have ruined our vacation.

The flat was extremely dirty, the locks on the doors to get in are very temperamental there was next to no cutlery and the pans for cooking i would not use for my dog. The cupboards were totally filthy i cannot believe anyone would think this property is to an acceptable standard to rent out. As a director of a demolition company i have stripped out cleaner properties.

Floor boards damaged and when you walk on them in the kitchen it sinks in, Damages all over the property, Missing glass panels on the lamp shade, cob webs hanging from the ceiling, something dripping from the front door like oil, curtain pole held together by duct tape. Just not worth the £400 and odd.
