Bentinck Street Ground Floor Apartment

Communication was good although we had a slight misunderstanding when we added an extra night but this was sorted no problem. Good location. All we needed for our 3 night stay Great shower.

Not like is too strong but the rooms could do with some TLC. The third bedroom is actually a double bed in the lounge but was no problem. The locks on the doors seem not too good though there are dead bolts inside so no danger of anyone getting in when you're asleep

Location is amazing and the apartment feels very big and roomy

The rooms were a really good size, as was the kitchen. It was good that it was big enough to work in and also had a good sized dining table. Property was in a great location for the park and local transport. Also easy to walk into the city centre or to Partick.

We had an issue getting the gas oven to work as the ignition didn't work, but found instructions on YouTube that worked. The rooms at the front of the house were quite difficult to heat, which was fine to sleep in but a bit more uncomfortable to sit in.

Good location. Typical Glasgow tenement. Renovated bathroom. Washing machine was handy.

Initially, only one key was issued for four people that was not practical. After much requesting, a second set of keys was provided 24 hours later. When asked to provide a security deposit of 100 pounds, the clerk required cash because he said their internet was not working. I then had to request a receipt, which was not at first offered. There were only 3 forks in the kitchen. The bath towels were old and of poor quality. The dining table had a sticky surface that could not be cleaned. After the second day, I received an email from Booking.com informing me that the hotel had advised them that we had not checked in when clearly we had. When I asked the clerk at reception about this, he said it was an automated message from Booking.com and do not worry about it. I had never received any similar email from Booking.com in the past. I had paid for the booking and checked in as planned so I don't understand the reason for Booking.com being told that I had not shown up.

Good location. Good comparable price. Spacious. Decent check out time and choice of check in. Kitchen had everything needed.

Despite Ts and Cs saying £100 refundable deposit would be paid back on day of check out, had to chase and received 5 days later. Advertised as 3 bedroom flat but one bed was in living room area. Not really a problem for us but may not suit other occupants
