+ fantastic terrace and 2 more balconies! + close to beach (1 minute on foot), one of the best beach in Corfu island + great host +wifi was very good + value for money

- pool and restaurants in city was closed (we were in April, but they open it in May) -tap water is salty, but host Adisa provided us bottles of water for all stay

The location and both private and external terraces were great! The landlord greated us with a chocolate bar and wine what was very nice. Sea view was amazing and is a special quality of this apartment. The water is very shallow and without too many rocks, so you will enjoy it, even if you don't swim. The apartment is a part of Menigos Resort at Glefada, a closed area with a number of houses where each apartment has a private entrance. The apartments vary in quality and this one was better than the others.

The apartment needs renovation, it wasn't that bad but a small revamp would help a lot. Wifi was very bad, it was either so slow that it was unusable or just not available at all. While the location itself is great, have in mind that there is a single good restaurant ('AKTI', it also shows as Mexas on google maps) and a single good market in the village, plus if you want to visit other places in Corfu you will spend a lot of time in a bus making a connection through Corfu city.

The apartment is very dated. Balcony doors don't lock and anyone can come in provided they had a ladder to the second floor. There are no screens to prevent mosquitos from coming in. Bathroom floods whenever you take a shower or even wash your face, the kitchen hasn't seen renovations since the day the place was built. One night a bat came into the apartment and we spent several hours trying to get it out. Another night - a cat came in. The caretakers Adisa and Babis try to take care of the place but the owners don't want to update anything. Everything seems either broken or so old it should be broken.

wifi could be improved. it could be rénovated. the price is quite high for basic furniture. flat not so easy to find. pool is not within the residence, in a café quite close, but we did not use it it was not clean
