This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Cristal - Neptun Park by OneApartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required upon arrival. This will be a cash or card payment. The amount paid should be refunded upon check-out. The entire deposit will be returned to the account after checking the condition of the facility. Guests requiring an invoice are kindly requested to provide the necessary details at the time of booking. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued for your stay. It is forbidden to organize events in the premises, e.g. stag parties, hen parties, etc. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
