Lil noise from downstairs , but a great deal

This apartment is perfect, well equiped (everything in the kitchen looked new, including washing -dryer machine). In less than 10 min walkling you are at the Funchal market, and beginning of central Funchal. The bar below the apartment is great (and cheap) to have wine, beer, poncha,... (and closed before 9pm, so no noise, even if the bedroom is another side of apartment). And the parking was free, just 3 minutes from apartment (in underground). We had a rental Opel Corsa, we could park with no issue (just be a bit careful when going in, but it is OK)

Gostamos do espaço amplo, limpo e com tudo o que é necessário para passar alguns dias desde eletrodomésticos a pastilhas para utilizar a máquina de lavar louça. Recomendaria uma máquina de café de pastilhas, mesmo do continente, teria dado muito jeito (como o continente é a 1 minuto do alojamento, facilitaria o reabastecimento).A localização é perfeita, está perto de cafés e lojas de conveniência e até do supermercado. Muito bom.

Recomendaria que quando forem mais de 2 pessoas verifiquem se têm o número de bancos correspondentes, como éramos 3 um ficou sempre de pé ao balcão não tendo alternativa devido à altura do balcão.

Logement rempli de cafard (d’après eux c’est normal), ils sont venu deux fois pour venir mettre du produit pour les cafards mais cela n’a pas fonctionné. Salle de bain, évier se bouche très vite supplément odeur et humidité Pas d’insonorité, tout les matins nous étions réveillé par le barre du bas (6h du matin) beaucoup de sans abris en bas du bâtiment (souvent alcoolisé mais pas méchant) On pensait avoir un minimum d’intérêt car 5jours pratiquement 560€ pour vivre avec des cafards, les odeurs, l’humidité et le bruit sa fais beaucoup et chère payer !

This was a perfect property to visit all parts of Funchal, the fully equipped clean kitchen as well as a great washing machine made our stay so very easy. The bathroom was a good size and it had a very good shower unit. With plenty of cupboards and storage this apartment was just right for us. I highly recommend this property!

There is no lift so be prepared to bring your bags up 3 flights of stairs
