All in all the high rating for this place is well deserved; very responsive and friendly hosts, and the room is in near perfect condition, very clean and well maintained. Add to that the great location, calm and quiet yet very close to the center and you end up with a place well worth the money (honestly I thought it too good to be true).

If I were to make one tiny suggestion about the design: I'd reposition the TV somehow (up on a wall?). The glass wall for the bedroom is splendid but looking at the back of the TV from the bed is a very tiny negative. But that's a nitpick really. Beyond that nothing but positives for the hosts and the room.
