As divisões eram espaçosas e com boa iluminação natural. Possuía garagem e vista agradável, em rua relativamente sossegada. Boa localização relativamente à via rápida. Serviços essenciais (padaria e supermercado) nas proximidades.

Os armários da cozinha tinham um cheiro muito desagradável e os roupeiros cheiravam a mofo, provavelmente devido aos objetos que lá se encontravam guardados (nomeadamente tapetes). As almofadas eram de fraca qualidade e os edredons eram demasiado quentes para a estação do ano. Faltavam alguns utensílios na cozinha (por exemplo, toalha de mesa). Não tem ar condicionado.
