Doskonała lokalizacja. Apartament w pełni wyposażony, niczego nie brakowało. Doskonały dla dwóch par przyjaciół. Duży salon i balkon z widokiem na boisko i oceanem w tle.

Przywitała nas bardzo miła Pani właścicielka, która w jasny i zrozumiały sposób wszystko nam wyjaśniła. Mieszkanie dwupoziomowe, doskonale wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty kuchenne, do dyspozycji odpowiednia ilość środków higienicznych, ręczników itp. Na pierwszym poziome znajduje się kuchnia, duży salon i toaleta z umywalką. Do dyspozycji gości jest taras ze stolikiem i 4 krzesłami, z którego jest piękny widok na ocean i cichutką kolejkę na Monte. Na drugim piętrze znajdują się dwie sypialnie oraz 2 łazienki - jedna z wanną, druga z prysznicem - idealnie dla 4 dorosłych osób ! Bardzo blisko mieszkania znajduje się słynny targ Mercado dos Lavradores oraz sklep Pingo Doce, gdzie serwują całkiem niezłe dania. Nieopodal znajduje się Stare Miasto i przystanki autobusowe, skąd można dojechać np. do Santany lub na lotnisko. Okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna, wejście na teren bloku przy pomocy klucza. Z tarasu widać teren liceum wraz z boiskiem szkolnym, ale w czasie naszego wakacyjnego pobytu było cicho (okres wakacyjny), a szkoda, liczyliśmy na chociaż jeden mecz. Zdecydowanie Polecam. Przy ponownym pobycie w Funchal na pewno wybierzemy ten apartament !

Friendly, helpful hosts, check in easy and we appreciated the hosts efforts to check us in early as previous guests had checked out early. Amazing sea views, two balconies and plenty of natural light, felt very spacious and pictures don’t do it justice. Fully equipped and exceptionally clean apartment with nice touches such as fresh flowers, extra towels, beach towels, washing machine, travel guides and even spare adapter. It really does have everything you need. Perfect central location, 5 min walk to sea front, cable car and buses, 5 min to large supermarket, car park available if needed, we didn’t use it. Spacious shower with hot water. Two bathrooms and three toilets perfect for family, we were just 2 people so only used one bathroom. Everything was amazing and great value for money, cannot fault it.

Very nice apartment for the family. We spent there 1 week and we enjoyed a lot. The apartment itself is pretty big, 1st level living room, kitchen, restroom, 1 balcony 2nd level has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. The interior is very well organised. We spent lovely warm evenings walking among narrow streets in Funchal. It was a very clean apartment. 5min walk to the main road where you can find dozens of shops, restaurants, bars and everything else you need for a vacation. Parking place for a car is available in the garage. Very easy contact with an owner. Gustavo and his wife welcomed us warmly and explained everything about the apartment. It was a calm area, no traffic or any kind of noise around. Kitchen equiped with all the items you need. We liked it very much. Windows equiped with mosquito nets and blinds. No AC but there are 4 ceiling fans. Everything was good and I can highly recommend this apartment for families or gropus up to 6 people.

Excellent location - very near to public bus stops, Market and shops, restaurants. Flat has everything you need for a stay - well equipped, hosts are extra kind and helpful. Super cozy. We slept without hearing any noises from outside. I definitely recommend this place and will return there next time when visiting lovely Madeira island. Thank you for this great experience!
