Nice kitchen and laundry facility make it a comfortable choice. Double footed windows are very quiet. Beautiful interior and wonderful terrace for dining and dancing!

Colorful Albercin neighborhood is a great location but it can be a bit noisy at night.

La terraza ofrece una vista muy linda, cuenta con mesa, reposeras y sillas para disfrutar. Y un espacio extra para incluso hacer ejercicio. Da el sol buena parte del dia. Ademas esta equipado con tender de ropa y lavarropa.

El tv no es smart.

Ha sido espectacular . La terraza es maravillosa. Y Marcos es una persona espectacular. Atento en todo momento . El sitio tiene una ubicación perfecta.

No puedo decir nada malo para mí es ideal.

Marcos estuvo pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos y de la hora de llegada para recibirnos, el alojamiento era muy bonito, moderno y cómodo además la terraza era espectacular aunque el tiempo no nos acompañó mucho. La ubicación perfecta y tema transporte muy cerca.

Great place to stay at! Both the host and the key person responsible for handing over the keys were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and always replying on time. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. Everything was clean and ready for our stay! In addition there is a lovely spacious terrace to watch sunsets and chill. It is very well located close to the city centre, walking distance and there are so many restaurants, tapas places and bars nearby! Would totally recommend to stay here!

Bring earplugs if you are woken up easily. Unfortunately, the apartment is located above (I believe) 2 kebab places so during the weekends some people might stay there until long hours in the night making noise.
