The apartment facilitated all our needs, it has central heating as well as Ac in every room including the bathroom, great for heating. The kitchen is well equipped and has an American fridge freezer with a water and ice dispenser which came in very handy. The flat is very bright and spacious.

Beautiful, spacious, luxuriously decorated, well equipped apartment. Central for all tourist spots. Main road position so plenty of available parking. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.

location was very good and convenient , the living room and kitchen are superb size, it was easy to get the keys and leave at check out. washing pods were kept so was easy

the apartment was not clean , had not been vacuumed properly before we arrived, some of the dishes also were dirty, none of the bedrooms are ensuite and the bedroom sizes are very tiny a foul smell emanated from the potties after use and there was no exhaust to let it out, had to leave windows open in the cold to do so

Good shower. Has a washing machine. Three bedrooms and two baths. Lots of space in living room and kitchen; lots of closet space in 2 of 3 bedrooms. Location very convenient to Granada sights. On 6th floor with view of Alhambra (if you lean out the window), and has elevator. Good a/c & heating, TV, modern appliances.

Bathroom floors needed a little more cleaning. No hand soap in 2nd bathroom. Location is not accessible to cars, so we had to be dropped off at a nearby plaza and walk 5-7 min to apt. Pictures show rugs in living room and bedrooms, but none in actual apartment (chilly floors!) [ special circumstance just for our stay: unfortunately host had to deal with accident at another property, so was ~25 min late to meet us at apartment ]

Great location and spacious rooms with minimal shelves, closet or drawer spaces to store clothes, shower gear, and accessories. The three bathrooms each had showers. plenty of towels. The kitchen had a coffee maker as well as some coffee.

There was a loose tile in the hallway by the master bath. No shelves in the shower to put shampoo and soap. Minimal storage closets and shelving in the bedrooms, so had to keep clothes in suitcases. Mattresses were super firm.

The apartment was very nice and centrally located as was the parking. We liked that we were 7 adults with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms except that one bathroom was not able to be used. We had to have plumbers in during our stay who could not fix the bathroom and expect and request an adjustment on the amount we paid.

The address was confusing didn't match the pin on the map. The person I called to meet for the keys was very nice but her English was not good enough to understand without having a Spanish speaker present. It was difficult to locate the apartment and find the parking garage speaking over the phone.

We found the property to be excellent - not right in any pedestrian area easy to drop car at Rex Garaging.... and the owner was lovely and friendly and on call for when needed.

The lift was a little scary up to the 6th floor - but it was fine. With two of us really not liking small spaces, it was a bit of a mare to start with until we realised you had to wait for the little glass doors to open completely against the wall before trying to push the outer door open. Hence pushing it too soon, led to panic situation with two of us..... silly. No other issues.
