La ubicación y la amplia terraza del apartamento, aunque por las condiciones meteorológicas no la pudimos disfrutar.

El olor a humedad tanto en el edificio como en el apartamento. Las instalaciones son antiguas y la equipación del apartamento es muy básica.

Studio propre, calme et confortable dans lequel rien ne manque. Quelques épices à disposition. Terrasse meublée confortablement. A 500 m le bus N° 9 mène au centre ville.

Ca n'est pas un appartement mais un studio. Depuis la terrasse, l'unique vue est sur les murs et fenêtres du bâtiment.

Su confort y limpieza excelente y las indicaciones de la propietaria, la Sra Isabel, fueron de gran ayuda, muy detallista pensando en pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir que estás en tu casa.Lo recomiendo.

Wonderful view from the balcony over Grenada (especially at night). Very large balcony, spacious bathroom, underground parking. Very convenient and comfortable (lift) to move with bgages from parking to room. Flat at rather attractive price.

Poor facilities especially in the kitchen (even an electric kettle is missing). Imprecise description of this offer, which is misleading. It speaks of a bedroom and a living room. There is a bedroom and a living room, but this is one room divided by a screen. The swimming pool was out of order. It is true that the description indicates that the pool is open seasonally, but who would have thought that it would be closed during the summer (around 20.09). This should have been clearly stated (there was no precision information on booking.com) in the offer, and this was missing (I found out on site that it was open until 15.09). Picking up the keys is not the easiest thing to do. It can be regarded as a kind of street game. In addition, the pictures that are supposed to facilitate this can be a bit misleading (it makes no sense to include in the instructions how to use the pool if it is closed). Parking is ok but if there is no one in the neighbouring space because then parking is very difficult due to the tightness and the concrete pillar. We had to be careful with the pilotl because it was breaking down and the battery was dropping out. This flat could use a refresh as well as newer appliances (refrigerator)
