Shower stream temp consistent. Water are warm all the time. Big waterfall shower head. Amazing strong hair dryer. Good view to slope overlooking gondola so you can tell when it starts to operate. Low floor no need for much elevator travel. Apartment didn't age much from pics

There were no soaps on arrival but the owner took care of it once he knew. The mattress can be replaced. Sinking a little on one side when sitting on it. Some noise at working hours from snowmobiles which route passes right under the balcony. After all said and done i would probably come back.

The room is very cosy. Very nicely decorated. Nice carpet in the room. Beutiful view to slopes. The owner was very nice and let us in earlier and check out later. He replies very quickly. Easy access to Gondola from the building at -1 was great. You can ski in/out or 2 minutes walking. Perfect location.

Room price 810 GEL compared to my friend room 510 GEL, difference not explainable

All was good. Very nice place and very nice apartment.

Despite the fact I have booked the aparrtment the same day I have arrived to Gudauri, the host has quickly responded and confirmed my staying. The room is cosy and has all modern equipment. There is the double bed and the little folding sofa, so the room can accomodate up to 4 people, but I would recommend the apartment rather for couples or family with a kid. There is a beautiful view on the mountains that you could watch on the balcony and even while lying on the bed. The location is also great - in the winter season it is easily ski-in / ski-out accomodation and the cablecar station "Gudaura" is just 150-200 meters down the slope.

If someone would need a washing mashine, you probably better ask the host about a laundry service avaliable, because there is no washining machine in the apartment. There was no corkscrew among the kitchenware.
