- Responsive host. Quick replies via Booking.com. Initially, there was no bath mat, but they provided one within a day. - Great location (Alpic building). If you get used to the route, you can ski almost right to the entrance of the building (bypassing the "Drunken Cherry" restaurant). You can also ski down from the Alpic building to the T-bar lift, which helps avoid walking in ski boots to the main lift. - Stunning mountain view. You can enjoy the breathtaking scenery right from the bed! - Adjustable heating. The temperature can be easily controlled, making the stay very comfortable. Additional tips: - Ask the host in advance for the code to the ski depot on the first floor. - Keep in mind that after confirming the booking, you will need to make a prepayment via card (various methods are available, including Zolotaya Korona). Based on my observations, this prepayment practice is common for 95% of apartments.

Nothing particularly critical, just minor details: - Upon arrival, there was very little toilet paper. I'm sure we could have asked the host, but it was faster for us to buy some at the nearby store. - There's no washing machine, unlike some other apartments, but this was clear from the photos beforehand.

The property is very conveniently located in New Gudauri and is clean

The apartment had very basic facilities. Similar apartments are available in the same building for approximately the same rate and are in much better condition. The couch for the 3rd person was small and very uncomfortable. The bed mattress is very basic and not very comfortable. The window was damaged and could not be fully closed, allowing air to enter, and the apartment was relatively cold. The host could have provided a portable heater, as it is available in most of the other apartments, and that could have made a big difference in maintaining the proper temperature, especially since the weather is cold.

Very nice apartment with separated bedroom. Equipped with everything you need. Warm and comfortable with good soundproof. You can start your ski ride just around the corner from the ski depot. Astonishing mountain view just from the bed is a real treasure!

Beautiful view directly from the room, neat and clean room, in the kitchen there are all kinds of equipment that you may need in the kitchen.

There was nothing not to like

Cozy atmosphere, clean and well-maintained apartment. Location was super convenient for skiing and many F&B places in close vicinity. We had winter stay, but will definitely come back for summer hiking.
