Апартаменты расположены в Блоке 1 на втором этаже, очень тёплые и тихие. На первом этаже шкафы для хранения оборудования, ресторан, прокат. В соседних корпусах магазин СПАР и СПА ( 100 лари 3 часа). Расстояние до подъёмника 100 метров. А главное достоинство этого размещения это владелец Ираклий! Встретил, всё объяснил, постоянно был на связи! Плюс он инструктор по сноуборду, провели с ним занятие и были в полном восторге!

Всё понравилось!

• Отличное размещение апартаментов, с прекрасными видами из балкона. 2 минуты до подъемника 👍🏼 • Чисто, уютно, не хотелось уезжать! В номере было все необходимое. • В окрестности много ресторанов/баров. Голодными не оставались! • Хозяин неимоверно добрый, отзывчивый, всегда отвечал нам на помощь. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить за проведенное с ним время)

"Great place, but too much noise if you are skiing."

Great location. Close to the slopes!

The noise. Clubs start cranking music in New Gudauri from 11-2 AM. Also people renting down the hall are partying all night long. Then you have the numerous stray dogs that are barking all night. This is a ski area. People should be able to sleep before hitting the slopes.

Near to the gondula (a short walk) Has a locker for ski equipment kitchen well equipped The owner was very nice and attending Good value for money

wasn't the cleanest but was decent. shower was good but didn't had any shelf to put shampoo and other shower stuff wifi was not very good most of the time didn't work Not enough towels were given only 2 for body and on for hand washing (it was not enough for 6 days an hair care) The bed wasn't so comfortable (and cause a lot of static electricity maybe cause of the sheets)
