the place was clean

we booked for a family of 5 but yet there were only cups and plates for 4 people. 2 of the cups had bad cracks so we could not even use it. even though the host informed us the pub downstairs (which we were not aware of) would be playing music, it was absolutely terrible and played both nights until early the next morning. trucks and cars constantly going past the accommodation kept us awake for both nights that we were there. The spar that is below us causes a lot of traffic noise as well. no microwave to warm up our food.
