Die Lage ist sehr gut, man wohnt ruhig und kommt mit Auto schnell überall hin.

Im Aufgang zur Wohnung fehlt ein Handlauf. Für Menschen mit leichten Behinderungen macht die Treppe Schwierigkeiten, da man sich nicht festhalten kann!
