The Cluthar - Ground Floor West End City Centre Rockvilla flat & Parking

Initially we thought the unit was quaint, it was newly done out. This was a facade. Kitchen quite good.

No heating or hot water for 2 of the 3 day stay, cold showers, cold unit to sleep. Every wooden floor board creaked. The bedhead was loose and knocked on the wall every time one rolled over. Very musty smell from font entrance to throughout the unit. Television not programmed to see anything. Ironing board oozed rust from legs over the floors. Sofa very uncomfortable. Owners need to live in the unit for few days to see the outcome.

Strategic location close to the city centre.

Heating was off and hot water was only available in the morning. Apart from that, its value for money.

Ground floor

Lack of heat took several messages and several hours for heat to be turned on. Dining room light did not work, foyer light not fully working , trash bin area strewn with trash and construction debris washing machine has no drying cycle and with poorly manly central heating control and no place to even hang wash it was useless.

Near buses, subway and fabulous swimming pool. the flat was secure and mostly adequate.

Heating system is controlled by the hosts which just doesn’t work. They forget to turn it on and the timings aren’t adequate. The tv hadn’t been set up for channels. There’s 800 and just needs to be 30. Wifi may not work well enough for people wanting to work whilst on holiday. Kitchen equipment needs updating and kitchen needs a good clean. Blind rods are missing, so they can’t be opened or closed.

Great clean flat. Convenient location. Good instructions on how to get in.

Free parking and location seemed good Cleanliness, good water pressure for the shower. Good space for two. All TV channels incl Netflix and Amazon prime.

Sofa not the most comfortable. We went during a cold weather weekend and the heating was controlled by the owners remotely. When contacted, which was easy to do and they were very responsive they turned it up.
