"Don't bother, find somewhere, anywhere else..."

Good communication before we arrived. Clean apart from a used cup and coffee sachet on windowsill.

No instructions on how to use sofa bed, slept on floor - just not acceptable at any price when I made it clear we wanted use of the sofa bed. Host sent email only a couple of hours after arrival to tell us to let her know when we left. She didnt reply to my message asking about the sofa bed. It was 10 pm but not even an acknowledgement in the morning. No instructions for thermostat and flat was way too hot. Had an awful night and at the price of the apartment, we feel really ripped off. And PS - it is neither cosy nor is it quiet. Traffic is heavy 24/7 and all surfaces are hard. Never again.
