"Location is very nice and the apartment is clean, mattress and comforters are very old."

The location is in the center and near the ski resort

There is no toilet tissue refill. The mattress of the beds are already old and the extra bed is not comfortable. The comforters are very small and old. There is no actually space for extra bed.

"perfect location with very well equipped apartment"

one of the best locations in gudauri, ski in ski out room had all the amenities one needs for stay with family/kids (stove, pans, dishwasher, washing machine) easy communication with the owner

the sound proofing of the windows (it could be an issue of the building itself). many time at night we were woken up by raving car engines, people coming out of bars and shouting/fighting

the location was perfect. walking distance to the lifts, all shops a stone throw away. most importantly the most popular restaurant in the area drunk cherry is in the same building
