We did like the location, and that the flat was spacious and had everything you possibly need on a vacation.

Only thing which could be improved is the bathroom. There were no window we could open, the extractor fan did not work, therefore it was quite steamy sometimes after shower, which made the floor very slippery.

I enjoyed the walk to the train station. The view from the road hills in the distant. Friendly people at the shops and passing by.

The bins outside were overflowing so nowhere to put our rubbish. We could smell cigarette smoke (did it come from up stairs ??) Toaster didn't work.

The location was perfect as I have family around that area! The flat was warm can’t fault that…

Where do I start! No working toaster, no cleaning products ie Bathroom spray, kitchen spray, hoover or sweeping brush, 1 tea towel to last us a week! Toilet seat broken, toilet window didn’t open which is causing damp. Had to request the washing machine to get fixed as there was peoples clothes stuck in it that were there previous! Ant infestation in one of the rooms, pillows that looked like had been slept on for years. The pictures on booking.com need to be updated it’s misleading!! £120 for cleaning fees I definitely would say you need new cleaners as my 12 year old could clean better! Flat was left cleaner than when I got it!

Good location for what we needed the apartment for! The agent was easy to get hold of and were very helpful! Flat lovely and warm.

The outdoor area leading to flat was overcrowded with the bins and was a shame to be the first thing you note of the property. The paint work and grout within the property could be updated.
