Good location, very clean and the communication from the host was excellent

The location was good for our requirements ,close to the Hydro and Finnieston

It was impossible to access the Wifi , which meant there was no TV available. We followed both sets of instructions. I did phone the host regarding this issue ,but got no reply. The window in one of the bedrooms is faulty and would not close fully , which meant it was difficult to sleep due to the traffic noise from the very busy road ,immediately outside the apartment. The beds were uncomortable,due to thin mattresses The smoke alarms were activated by the toaster, despite having the windows open.

Good location. Good communication from host. Any issues were addressed quickly. Clean and comfortable. Modern furnishings. Good facilities.

There was a bad leak from the shower in the main bathroom which resulted in pools of water on floor. A bit messy. Additional towels were provided quickly though. There were a few things lacking in the kitchen e.g. only one Prosecco glass, no corkscrew, lightbulbs needing replaced. Wi-Fi did not work. This was getting fixed but unfortunately not in time for us. A bit annoying as could not get the TV to work because of this. Host did provide a bottle of wine as an apology which was a nice gesture.

The host was fantastic from start to finish and was very helpful to all our needs. The apartment is 15 minute walk to the heart of Glasgow centre with shops and bars or under 5 minutes in a taxi which was perfect for all our needs, the apartment inside was very clean and looked great, I would definatley stay again.

This is not a 5 star property. Furnishing is tacky and apartment is in need of a clean/refurbishment. Common access areas are dirty and main door was left open on several occasions. Noticeable stains in guest toilet. No live TV. On street parking has 3 hour time limit and no return within 30 minutes. No dining table.
