The Lusso Suite - 2BR - A 5* Escape Like No Other

Pamela and Gill were great pair of girls! Made to feel very welcome and helpfull. Lovely apparently and cosy, will defo return for small breaks.

Smoke alarm going off every time we opened the oven! It was the heat setting it off....tad annoying....other than that, no issues at all.

Great central location close to Kings Thestre

Traffic from motorway noisy in kitchen/living room but ok in bedrooms. It didn’t keep me awake.

Great location for the Ovo Hydro. Apartment is modern,kitchen well equipped

Lift was out of order so had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with luggage,stair well not kept in great condition -very sticky steps and smelt. Apartment is modern but well used,marks on wall,beds not very comfy. Radiator in bathroom leaking and water comes out the shower screen when shower is in use so floor ends up very wet.

I liked the decor and the comfort of the apartment.The sofa was extremely comfortable and so was the beds. It had a homely feel and the tv was easy to use. The staff was so lovely and friendly :)

I didn’t like the hamper was £50 to buy I thought it was included due to the photos when I realised it cost £50 I never touched it. I would also prefer better lightning as well as it’s a painted dark room and sun light doesn’t hit so was slightly dark.
