The Location is nice and the room was spacious

The could have been clean towels n bedsheets along with some basic toiletries

No free breakfast as advertised. Staff don’t speak good English. Get a knock on your door asking for money 1.5 hours before check out. Gaps in air vent in bathroom mean a lot of insects are found in your room, and loads of mosquitoes. Lock on room door doesn’t work properly and need to turn it an extra time or else people can force it open.

Nice clean comfortable rooms and common area, they have shared kitchen and vijay bhai is so helpful.
