IEThe apartment is lovely. Clean, warm and spacious.
We arrived late and were charged a late arrival fee, which we have never been charged before in any part of Poland we have stayed. BUT, if you were willing to use their airport transfer, they waiver the late check in fee....both payments they wanted in cash only!!! And the city tax in cash. Mmmm We didn't use their transport as it was more expensive than a taxi or Uber you could get outside the airport. When we arrived at the apartment, the security guard on duty was fast 😴 asleep..🙄 Very secure in the knowledge security is asleep whilst at work. Plus whoever was on duty on the day of our departure does not do your apartments any favours...she was EXTREMELY rude! I did ask for her name but she told me I did not need to know that...so STAYWIN APARTMENTS check who you had rostered on Saturday 29th of November in reception and have a quite word about her professionalism and manner, its appalling, she isn't a good representative for your company. Would I stay again probably not and its quite simply down to this staff member .

PLBardzo fajny apartament , pięknie urządzony z wykuszem w oknie, loggią i widokiem na rzekę, 2 windy w budynku, dobra lokalizacja , blisko centrum. w apartamencie wszystko czego potrzeba, pralka zmywarka, ekspres do kawy, żelazko, radio w łazience , 2 telewizory, wieża stereo.
Drzwi przesuwne w szafie w sypialni były zepsute i trudno było je przesunąć, pyzatym wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, nie ma się do czego przyczepić.
PLPLNa plus lokalizacja. Muza , która leciała w łazience na plus.
Co do czystości to mogłoby być porządniej posprzątane. Kilka rzeczy wymaga drobnej kosmetyki.

PLAtrakcyjne miejsce spełniło oczekiwania Naszej rodziny. Jesteśmy tutaj 2 raz i na pewno nie ostatni. Plecam 🙂
